- 10 oz penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
- Β½ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- Dried chili flakes (optional)
ππ³π°π€π¦π₯πΆπ³π¦:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in cream and simmer for 2β3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes (if using).
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Add the cooked pasta and toss well to coat.
- Serve warm and garnish with more Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes, if desired.
