𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦π˜₯π˜ͺ𝘦𝘯𝘡𝘴:

  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • Dried chili flakes (optional)

π˜—π˜³π˜°π˜€π˜¦π˜₯𝘢𝘳𝘦:

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes (if using).
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Add the cooked pasta and toss well to coat.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with more Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes, if desired.
